We have three types of membership available: builder, associate, and affiliate. Please choose the appropriate member type below to get started on your application.
Builder: These companies do hands-on construction work, whether it is building homes, doing remodels or commercial building. The cost for a builder member is $400 a year starting from the date you sign up.
Associate: These companies include any company not technically “building.” That would include anything from electricians and plumbers to mortgage companies to suppliers. The cost for an associate member is $400 a year starting from the date you sign up.
Affiliate: These members are employees of a current member company (builder or associate) who wish to be listed individually and receive their own correspondence from the association. This membership is great for real estate agents whose brokerage is a member or companies with multiple branches or individual salespeople, for example. The cost for an affiliate member is $30 a year starting from the date you sign up as long as your primary member company remains in good standing.
As a member of the MAB, you also get access to some fantastic company discounts through the Member Advantage program. Click on the logo to visit the Member Advantage website.

Helping You Through Action – North Dakota Association of Builders
WHAT IS NDAB-PAC?
NDAB-PAC is the North Dakota Association of Builders’ Political Action Committee. It is a non-partisan political action committee which provides support for candidates who are friends of the building industry.
NDAB-PAC recognizes there is strength in numbers. People who show they care and are concerned about the future of the building industry make contributions to NDAB-PAC because they believe that cooperation equals strength.
You alone can’t influence the Legislature or Congress on issues that can devastate your business. NDAB-PAC is your front line of defense. It monitors legislative issues and works to protect and promote the building industry.
WHY SHOULD I GIVE TO NDAB-PAC?
NDAB-PAC’s ability to defend and promote your business rests squarely on the financial support it receives from you and other members. The contributions will give NDAB-PAC the needed resources and clout to succeed on issues affecting the building industry.
HOW DOES NDAB-PAC HELP YOU?
By pooling contributions from NDAB members, NDAB-PAC is able to help elect legislators who understand and support the issues and concerns of builders and associate members.
Also, a portion of your contribution is passed along to BUILD-PAC, the National Association of Home Builders’ Political Action Committee, one of the most recognized and well-respected PACs in Washington.
