Hello,
My name is David Sperling. We currently live in Big Lake, MN. My wife and I recently purchased a lot in Galusha Ranch development near Minot with the idea of building a house. We found a 1,500+ sf house on the internet that we are interested in building. We would want this house to be built this summer and are looking for a builder in the area. We have been in contact with (2) other builders and would like to get one more bid before making a decision on what construction company to go with.
Our decision will be based on what company can give up what we are asking for for the best price, however also keeping in mind who we think will be best builder to work with.
We currently have a floor plan and a couple of elevations that we can send you. The house is about 1,500sf, 1 story, 3 car garage, some brick and/or stonework on the front elevation, full basement. Unfinished basement, the new fancy vinyl flooring. Some ceramic tile in the master bathroom, shower and laundry room. Carpet flooring in all bedrooms and closets. Custom kitchen cabinets.
There are covenants that the Galusha Ranch Architectural Committee has developed most of which are common sense that need to be adhered to.
