Sierra Ward | Executive Officer

The Executive Officer of the Minot Association of Builders promotes the mission of the Association and serves its members. The Executive Officer works with MAB’s Board of Directors and various committees to manage the organization’s governmental activities, coordinate its volunteer base and assist in planning public events. 

As Executive Officer of the Minot Association of Builders, Sierra champions the mission of the Association and keeps our members at the heart of everything we do. She works closely with MAB’s Board of Directors and committees to strengthen our industry, support local builders, and grow meaningful connections across the community. Sierra oversees membership initiatives, events, sponsorships, and communications. All with an eye toward making MAB welcoming, energetic, and forward-thinking. She’s passionate about creating opportunities for members to shine and helping elevate the building community in and around Minot.
