Join the Minot Association of Builders as we host Scott Burlingame, Executive Director at Independence Inc. as he discusses Accessible & Universal Homes.

Goals:
-Introduce you to Independecne, Inc. and the Independent Living Movement.
-Explore the Value Added Impact of Full Inclusion.
-Examine the Need for Accessible Housing and How Accessible Housing Affects the Market
-Introduce basic concepts of Visitability and Universal Design.
-Review some of the most common accessibility-related modifications needed to ensure aging in place.
